Environmental Health Day

Environmental Health: Climate change, pollution, natural disasters, radon poisoning, etc. are a few environmental health concerns that happen in our nation every year. Climate change effects our health in different aspects; access to clean drinking water, hazardous air conditions, lack of food production, mental distress, and skin problems. The impacts from the environment touch every health aspect in our lives. The Forest County Potawatomi Community does that by having solar panels, protecting the natural resources of the land, and partnering with the Forest County Potawatomi Natural Resource Department.

What can YOU do?

  1. Demand action on Climate Change
  2. Stand up for Environmental Justice
  3. Use your voice to support policies that prevent environmental exposure
