National Public Health Week 2018 “FCP Getting Healthy” Photo Contest

Share your best health photo and you could win a C-Store gift certificate!

We are asking the Forest County Potawatomi Community members to go out into the community to take photo(s) demonstrating what ‘health’ means to you. Snap a photo and then leave a comment as to why the picture is demonstrating “healthy or unhealthy”. The photos will help demonstrate the local viewings of what health means to this community. Each person is allowed to submit up to 3 photos for this photo contest. Please read the photo contest rules.

“FCP Getting Healthy” Photo Contest Rules

  • Submit photos from the local community that demonstrates ‘health’ with a comment.
  • Deadline for submission of photos: April 13th, 2018
  • Prizes: Three winners will be chosen for the following C-Store gift certificates: 1st place $75, 2nd place $50, and 3rd place $25. The winners will be contacted by April 27th, 2018.
  • Each person is allowed to submit up to 3 photos for this photo contest.
  • Please fill in the boxes with your name, phone number, email, how you would like to be contacted, and a comment/description of your photo.

Disclaimer: Entries may not include confidential information, trade secrets, trademarks or copyrighted material belonging to any person or agency. Entries containing any forbidden matter or inappropriate material will be disqualified. The photo(s) must be a work of original material taken by the contest themselves. All entries will be considered in be placed throughout the community, such as the Forest County Potawatomi Facebook page, Potawatomi Traveling Times, or the Forest County Potawatomi website. Upon submission of your photo(s), you are giving us the right to use your photo in the community and the locations listed above. These photos will help to create a more visual appearance to keep our pictures current and within the community.
