Elizabeth began working with the Forest County Potawatomi Health Department in November 2018. Elizabeth recently returned to the Wisconsin north woods, after living in Phoenix, Arizona, for 20 years, working for the State of Arizona as a Child Safety Specialist. Melanie began working with the Forest County Potawatomi Community Health Department Public Health Educator/Accreditation Coordinator in March of 2016. During her initial years with the Forest County Potawatomi Community Health Department, she gained an appreciated for the Forest County Potawatomi Community that led her to apply for the Community Health Outreach Manager position. She began her journey as Community Health Outreach Manager in November 2017. Anne has worked for the Community Health Department as the Diabetes Coordinator since 2013. She provides skilled nursing services and case management to Tribal Members of all ages, but specializes in diabetes care. Anne provides office/home visits, nursing services, screenings, self-management education and support to individual who are at risk or diagnosed with diabetes. Becky provides office/home visits, vaccinations, blood pressure screenings, blood glucose checks, medication deliveries and ensures that patient’s healthcare needs are being met. Jodie has worked for the Community Health Department as a Maternal Child Health Nurse since 2003. She took a one year hiatus in 2013 and returned in 2014 to a job she has always had a passion for. Jodie educates new and expecting mothers and fathers about the importance of healthy lifestyle choices and provides them with necessary skills to ensure their children have safe and healthy beginnings.
